Gateway Blue is a summer plaid Seaplane-style in navy, teal, butter — and shiny silver Lurex — stripes.

A soft, light cotton poplin, G.B. runs a half-size large.

'Oh, I couldn't wear a shiny silver stripe,' will say your recipient. Later on, in the supermarket, s/he will learn that s/he always could have.  Luckily all is not lost!

Some 150 pieces will, in the end, exist in longsleeve, shortsleeve and tunic.

Prewashed, preshrunk, machine wash, ready for fun.
